As the owner of Pugh Real Estate Group, LLC, Michael Pugh has more than 17 years of real estate appraisal experience and nearly 20 years of mortgage industry experience with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Michael is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and holds a certified general license in the state of Maryland. He earned a BA Degree in Political Science from Auburn University and a MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Michael is experienced in a wide range of real estate valuation and consulting including expert witness testimony.

Janine Pettay

Janine is a Maryland Certified General Appraiser with more than nine years’ experience in the field. Prior to joining Pugh Real Estate Group, she had more than10 years experience in the chemical industry. She earned a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University at Buffalo.
She has a wide range of real estate valuation experience in commercial properties throughout central and western Maryland.

Jack Molesworth
Appraiser Trainee

Jack is a graduate of The University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelors of Science in Information Science. He is a Frederick County native and graduated from Governor Thomas Johnson High School, where his grandfather (also Jack) had been a longtime teacher and coach. In his spare time Jack enjoys playing guitar, hiking and travel.
